## 1. Đổi sang sản phẩm khác

Khi quý khách hàng đã chọn sản phẩm trước đó nhưng vẫn muốn nâng cấp lên một sản phẩm cao cấp hơn thì liên hệ với bộ phận bán hàng để được tư vấn và đổi lên model cao hơn. 

Lưu ý: Chỉ áp dụng cho một số sản phẩm được đổi. Không áp dụng cho các sản phẩm đắt tiền và hàng đã xuất hóa đơn.

## 2. Hoàn tiền sản phẩm

Phatsongwifi.com chỉ áp dụng đổi sang sản phẩm mới.

Chỉ áp dụng hoàn tiền với sản phẩm dùng thử hoặc sản phẩm demo cho khách hàng.
